In addition to all of the households who completed membership forms and paid their annual dues of $25.00 last week, we received and enrolled another 25 paid members this week.

Our board promises to work hard to raise our collective voices to help make Margate a better place to live and visit.
Other great news. We have begun the construction of our Association web site. This will enable our members to receive our newsletters , share concerns and ideas.

Be patient. We should have our initial site up in about two weeks, maybe less. we will be expanding the site a little at a time to meet the needs of our members.
We will be developing a section to enroll new members and for the payment of dues electronically.
We will have a section for you to vote on matters that our members feel we as a group should address.
Margate city news, variance meetings at our planning board and commissioners meeting are some of the matters we will post.
Over time,this will be a site that we hope will serve all of our members well.
Our facebook page will remain in place for simple posts and for you to share your concerns, however we need help to build this organization. We have incurred over $2,000.00 of expenses to date.All paid for by your board.
